Strengthening Student Wellbeing Partnerships Across Australia
Together 4 Youth (T4Y) is a collaborative network focused on improving student wellbeing outcomes through stronger partnerships, provider collaboration, and evidence-informed practice.
We work with wellbeing organisations, schools, and sector stakeholders to strengthen how wellbeing support is designed, connected, and delivered across school communities.

The problem space
The Student Wellbeing Landscape Is Increasingly Complex.
Schools are navigating growing wellbeing needs alongside increasing operational pressures, fragmented support options, and inconsistent access to evidence-informed programs.
Schools face a fragmented landscape of wellbeing providers, with inconsistent quality, language, and evidence.
Teachers and school leaders are time-poor, navigating competing priorities, administrative burden, and limited capacity to implement effective wellbeing strategies.
There is no consistent, longitudinal dataset to measure student wellbeing, making it difficult to assess impact, compare approaches, or guide decision-making.

Our solution
T4Y exists to strengthen coordination across the school wellbeing ecosystem.
Our strategic priorities:
• Lift provider practice
• Support school choice and engagement
• Build evidence and quality
• Grow partnerships and influence
Young people thrive when schools, wellbeing providers, and communities work together with clarity, consistency, and shared purpose.
T4Y brings together organisations committed to strengthening social, emotional, educational, and vocational wellbeing outcomes for students across Australia.
T4Y supports stronger collaboration between wellbeing providers, schools, and sector stakeholders through capability building, shared learning, partnerships, and evidence-informed approaches.
While T4Y does not deliver programs directly to schools, we help strengthen the ecosystem that supports them.
Today, I learnt more about consent, more about relationships, and the different myths about being a teenage boy. I really enjoyed learning lots of new things today because it wasn't boring like the other programs.

I thought today would be like the other workshops we have done over the years.. but this was so much better! I enjoyed every part today - but I really loved when we were able to write about our friends and the people we are grateful for. Today was so good and showed me that I am perfect the way I am.

I thought the workshop was excellent. I did not know what to expect going in but there were a lot of things that I found interesting.
